Rudderfish Blog

This blog first began back in 2006 as I was preparing for the Beijing Olympics. The intent behind it was to share the range of experiences I would go through as an athlete. These included the challenges, issues, the plans, performances, teamwork, insights, stories and rewards from this journey. Later it merged with other activities like work and business opportunities. It has always been about sharing the reality of the experiences or at least an effort has been made to be honest, exposed and real. More recently it became a further extension showing different focuses including preparing for the London games while balancing family and work commitments. The majority of this blog has been copied from my blogger account which I have kept active. This future of the blog here will be about any activities I am involved in and most likely have to do with applying key lessons for sport into business and how I utilise them to work with groups as a facilitator and presenter.
